Calls to tell me that they have a lawsuit against my name and social security number and I will be arrested at my place of employment or doorstep. They also said I need to call them back before something goes wrong with me. Something else is said but I cannot make out the other words.

Woman is constantly calling and harrasing us.

Some giggling and what sounded like roughhousing, then they hung up.

I received a call from this number on my cell on Christmas day. I didn't answer since the number was unknown to me. I called the number back using a land line. It says the number is not in service.

Obviously call center - Indian descent. They definitely do not have a mastery of the English language! They keep referring to a payday loan that I have never had. They refer to themselves as 'officers' and threaten to see me in '2 days on the steps of the courthouse'. I actually find it kinda comical, but scary, since they have my name, address and phone number. Not sure how they got it. I asked for proof of the loan and they insist they have sent it many times to both my home and my email. They obviously havent because there is no proof. When I started to raise my voice and demand they stop calling me, the 'officer' claimed to have a heart conditon and was unable to 'handle me'. Um.. I have an idea..then dont call me!. They are obviously scam artists. Sometimes I enjoy calling them back with a fake name and phone number - just for fun.

I just contacted Chase Bank. The man in customer service said all of their telephone numbers begin with 800. I think this is some type of scammer. If you call the number back (I blocked my ID) you'll just get a ringing phone and lots of static. Fishy. Just to be safe NEVER give any banking or personal information to these people without calling your bank FIRST!
